For $25k you can have a brand new Ram Express or Tradesman 1500 with a Hemi and a 100k mile warranty. If you're going to be towing so often, I'd strongly recommend a V8 especially since it still falls within your budget. Call your local dealers and see if they have any left over 2014 or 2015's. Easy way to get more truck for your money.
