Very nice conversion! I am also playing with the idea of replacing my Hapijacs with Rieco Titan, so this gives me some food for thought :-)
Word of warning: Personally, I have some very bad experiences with the type of resettable breaker/fuse that can be seen in one of the pics. I used this type for the main +12V connection from my truck to the camper.
The ones I used came from a car audio supplier, and 2 of them broke after a short time. Each time after manually taking the +12V offline. I could then "optically" reset the breaker, but it wouldn't work anymore. After this had happened twice, I am now back to a regular fuse...
So... if the jacks quit working, that would be my primary suspect - and I would keep a simple, standard fuse handy just in case.
