Comprehensive mobile app for campsites/grounds/rules

Is there a comprehensive app that shows all or the vast majority of campgrounds? We were coming through the sawtooth range up near Stanley, ID and some of the campgrounds were on google maps and some ...

I found some that way. But, not all of the government ones show on google maps. We passed 2 or 3 on our way to the first one that showed up on the maps app on my phone.
