Condensation issues in pop up

I don't know if this would help with the popup, because I haven't had one, but maybe there is a parallel. Some tent bags don't keep the moisture out well when they are stored. So we put them inside of another plastic bag. If moisture is an issue in your geographic area when your popup is parked, would it help to put an extra cover over it?

This might work in a folded trailer.

You may have something else going on that is allowing moisture in when it is closed up. I don't know if you are in the Crawfordville in my neck of the woods, but we have never had a problem with condensation in our Pup while it was closed and it is stored outside. The interior temperature is about the same as the exterior temp during the overnight/early morning times when condensation usually forms on other stuff around here.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions will used them when we camp, BUT, but I forget to explain that it is only when we open up the pop up. do we see a lot of moisture on the ceiling by the door and slide out as well as on the plastic canvas? We are wondering since we store it outside, that most likely the different temperatures are causing havoc inside. Any suggestions while it is stored to help with this issue?

Zip open both sides bunk end a few inches at the top where it meets the hard top. that will allow ventilation, and allow the moisture from you bodies, and breath to escape. Believe it or not. Most of the moisture is coming from you. Let it out.

Open a roof vent, and open a window as far from the vent as possible. Vary the size of the openings until condensation stops.

I have had great success with the O2COOL 10-inch AC/DC/D-CELL portable fan (Walmart-Lowes-AMazon)... I actually have two of these and use on both bed ends... This fan works great in all of our camping modes since it works from multiple power sources. This fan is very quiet in operation and produces a good air flow being a 10-inch blade model.


If I run my oil-filled electric heaters from the 20AMP service at the camp grounds using additional extensions cords in lieu of the propane furnace I reduce the condensation big time. I guess alot of moisture comes out of the propane furnace heater... It is always neat for us to use their power instead of our propane as well.

You need to have air circulation get a fan .try cracking the vent open
