Composite framed windows would be less likely to do it, of course. But don't know of any like that for RV's. :-)
my previous house had aluminum framed sliding windows in an aluminum track. not unlike some of my RVs. I ended up taking screen door molding (IIRC) and glued it on the inside of the tracks. helped a lot.

I'm having trouble visualizing what you are saying. Can you elaborate?
I "cured" the condensation problem, at least as far as the aluminum window frame/track went, by covering up the aluminum track exposed to the room with wooden molding called, I think, screen door molding. about 1/4 inch by 3/4 inch wooden slats. of course it didn't do anything for the condensation on the glass but it stopped it on the track.
