Just re-read your post. Sorry, I read that I thought you wanted to install the TL from your 04, but are looking at getting new ones.
Very easy install but one very important point I'll pass along.
On the front drivers side make sure you read the instructions very carefully and install the right bolts in the right hole.
I assumed they were all the same but there is one bolt shorter than the rest. This has to go on the top and I believe forward hole.
I used the wrong longer bolt and it pinched the brake line. Luckily I realized my mistake before I cranked it down and damaged the brake line.
Other than that a straight forward install.
