considering buying 2014 JAY FEATHER ULTRA LITE 23f?

I also own a Jayco with the mythical low clearance "problem". The thing is, the drain is in the area directly behind the axles. So in order for it drag on the ground, you have to remove the tires and axles first (or back it over a pretty conisiderable curb). But I have a question, how come someone that has never experienced the problem, is always the first to report of it's existence? But they never seem to mention the issues they are experiencing - which of course would be the most helpful.
