As an owner of the X23F predecesor the Jayco 232, we have been very happy with our trailer. This is our 3rd Jayco trailer. We have been very satisfied with the Jayco quality, warranty and customer service and consider it second to none. The dinette slide-out does open the floor up a bit, but you do loose some storage space. If you don't want a new trailer, consider looking at the 232.
