Bumpy, you are right it is more expensive. The OP asked about maintenance costs so i posted what it costs me. I bought a dsl pickup because that is what i wanted and money wasnt a concern. I have a small gas pickup for running around town in and it costs $29 for an oil change. I dont need to do it myself and if any of you want to start an oil change business go for it.
