I have done a couple and it was a lot of fun. Like someone said though, don't put $10k and hundreds of hours into it expecting any return. I kept mine simple. Air conditioner, porta potti, 12 volt refr, bed, outdoor shower, and used the rear ramp door as a mini deck.
