gas or charcoal wondering which to buy and what brand need to cook for anly 2 people

Oh yeah, I have never found one that takes those small cylinders of gas that is very satisfactory. keep blowing out, etc. now I have the plug in on the RV system. I'd get one that can use the larger 5-10 lbs. cylinders.
