I have a Weber Q, but it sits in the back porch of the house and I have never taken it camping... go figure. I guess I prefer charcoal when I'm camping. And the Weber gets pretty grimy, it isn't easy to keep clean IMO.
A friend really likes his Volcano grill. Round 20", collapses to 5" high for transport. Tri-fuel: will run on gas, burn charcoal, or burn wood. If you don't have any grill now, this could be useful. http://www.volcanogrills.com/collapsible-stovegrills/1279
I just ordered (should arrive Tuesday) a folding charcoal cooker called EcoQue. Stainless steel, 12" x 12", collapses to under 3" height for transport. It comes with a lid, and I also ordered a griddle top and some foil liners. This thing cooks a meal on just 9 charcoal briquettes. They make a 15" model also, but I can't see a need for that much cooktop space. Got mine here, it was the best price I could find: http://www.campsaver.com/ecoque-portable-grill
