It's a good excuse to not cook if you don't want to. :D
A TT is not going to have any more issues with cooking odors than a house does. Sure, if you cook bacon and don't ventilate (either a house or a TT) you can smell it when you come back in. But if you are sensible and use the range hood and/or open a door/window, you will not have a food odor problem.
I've cooked many meals in a RV and have never had an issue with food odors in my clothes, bedding, towels or any other part of the RV.
And just like your house, if you do a half-azzed job of cleaning up, you will be able to smell it. You have to wash the dishes & wipe down the counters, table, and range top, just like at home. But if you clean up, the odors will not be hanging around.
If you put something with a strong smell in the trash, promptly take it to a dumpster. We always used small trash cans with a double layer of (free) plastic shopping bags for liners.
