Thanks for the input LarryJM on my spare tire winch. I actually do have the spare cable-locked in place as well. I had heard several horror stories about the damage that can be done by the spare tire if it should come loose. One of my winter projects is to add an even better tire retainer lock. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks.
