Even though I'm closer to 30 than 70, I agree with the older opinion.

I'm reading the thread from the beginning, started 3-4 days ago and it's annoying to have so many forum posts with the images gone.

I can't see how anyone would want to run a website dependent on another site's files, your site gets screwed up when their site changes or goes down and you can't fix it.

IMO, it should be the other way around, no pics from elsewhere, only pics uploaded to the forum directly. Otherwise, the posts based on images age into uselessness.

I agree completely....a number of MODS I went to look at and they are gone or you can't get to them. Besides unless it's a picture of your family ior your checking account whats the big deal about "ownership" I would think this entire board would be better of with a 2 prong rule for pics....1.) No posts about your mods without pics(as someone else said...if you don't have pics yo didn't really do the mod 2.) No pics that are linked to external sources.

Just my thoughts
