I havent done so, but here are a couple possible solutions i thought up. You could cut this wire pantry shelf to size and hang with some command small wire hooks, therefore it wouldn't be permanent and could be removed with ease.

Or you could use a plated slotted angle bar and attach it with heavy duty double sided tape and cut a shelf to fit out of whatever you wanted.
