I am about half way thru the thread reading and catching up...
I wanted to add a mod I am about 60% done with.
I am removing the 2 Group 24's from the tongue and putting a pair of Lifeline 300AH 6V's inside the camper next to the distribution box. I will have a 3' run from the batteries to the distribution panel and have upgraded the wiring to a minimum of 6GA (2GA coming off the batteries to the shunt/switch to power a 1500w Inverter). The inverter will power my 2 general purpose 15A circuits with a pair of Xantrex Inline Transfer Relays. I have moved the fridge power off the general circuit to the microwave circuit (since the microwave has been removed).
I also added a Blue Sea Ammeter to match the existing voltmeter, moved the on/off switch inside, and mounted the remote on/off for the inverter.
I am working on the vented/sealed battery box this weekend. It will have to be built in-place due to sizing.
Going from 170AH on cold batteries to 300AH on warm batteries should be a nice increase when winter camping.

I also recently (with the help of my dad and his woodshop...okay I was the helper) made a new dinet table. It has a 13" fold down leaf and provides a lot more room for 5 of us to eat at. I now have to shop for a proper height chair to put on the end.

Sorry for the pic quality, ipad photos for now.
