The original pantry only had one shelf splitting it in the middle with a lot of space wasted above each shelf and the shelves were difficult to deal with:
I wanted to optimize the layout and make it easier to get to the back of the pantry so I added 3 slide-out shelves; the pulls are full-pull with over-travel so we can clearly get to the very back of the shelves:
We also added this over the door towel rack over the bathroom door:
