We just picked up our new Bullet 248RKS and the mods/upgrades have begun :-)
Here's two of them:
I didn't like the wiggly steps so I put a diagonal brace on the back side of the step assembly's frame. Much more solid now.
I also lined the front of the storage area with pegboard:
