The trailer is cooler upon entry using this method. We normally leave the rear fan on exhaust for awhile after turning the A/C on. That seems to help out a little also. Of course first things first, having dark tinted thermal windows and the night shades down while traveling do help.
Agreed. The best bet is to get a Fantastic fan or MaxxAir fan with the covers and you can run them all day long while driving. They say you can leave the vent open while driving without the cover, but personally I think that is asking for the dome to break off.
