The best thing to do is weghing per axle or better even per wheel.
But as long as you didn't , you will have to go from the GAWR's ( gross axle weight ratings) wich mostly can be found on the same plate as the pressure advices.
then use my Motorhome-tire-pressure calculator to be found in the next map on my skydrive of hotmail adress.
Motorhome tirepressure-calculatorIt uses some reserve wich you can chanche if you think different, and my own formula wich gives savest answer.
You can also give me here the GAWR's and I will do it for you .
Included a picture of another spreadsheet in that same map to play with the temperature and pressure , part 3 is filled in with your pressure chanches rear to show what warm temperature.
But that inside tire temperature can also go up to boiling point of water 100dgr Celcius/Fahrenheit??.
this by the heat of the brakes , transported trough the rimms, so it does not have to be only by driving at het moment you measured it.

Normal warm inside tire temperature is about 112 dgr F and cold 65dgr F. You filled cold and it was 100dgrF instead of 65 on your trip , so 35 dgr warmer , so mayby warm inside tire also 35 warmer then 112 = 147 dgr F . Spreadsheet gives 141 so pretty close together.
So probably the used pressures where yust right, but calculate it.
