There is just the two of us and a pooch...
We loved the pre-fixed meals like from Albertsons... Will pick some these cooled packaged up that keeps for a few days in the cooler...
We also eat just like we do at home...
Our 12-inch electric skillet with lid is probably our main cooker.
Love the grilled type foods...
Love the good ole bacon, eggs and toast with country fried potatoes in the mornings too...
Don't really see any cost difference then it is for us at home...
what we don't bring with for the various trips we usually stop at WALMART Food Market on the last leg of the journey before arriving at the camp ground for the at least a two-three days supplies of things we like.
If we are camping more off the power grid places then picking up foods in more monitored with the fact in mind that we might not be able to head back to a close by market somewhere...
Our fridge and 5-day cooler in the truck bed comes in real handy in times off the power grid. Ice is probably the biggest thing we run out of real quick being out in the woods. Always make note of the best place to get ICE before passing a place of no-return.
A sealed shut plastic container works out pretty good submerged in the cold creek beds sometimes.
