Cost of food while camping ... does it have to be high?

We eat the same as we do at home. DW has loyality cards from every grocery store we have ever visited, so it doesn't cost us any more than it would at home.

First thing we do when we visit a new to us grocery chain is, I sign up for a loyality card and she starts shopping.
