Cost of food while camping ... does it have to be high?

I don't cook very much at the seasonal site. There is a grocery store that has a deli that has very good homemade food. Other then cooking on the grill outside, burgers and steak. I do a Blueberry pancake and Bacon breakfest for the staff and other seasonals once a year. The cost is a little more then at home , but hey I'm on vacation.
