Cost of food while camping ... does it have to be high?

I'm just a weekend camper but, I would say the food budget is the same if I'm home of not. However, it's hard for me to say because when I'm out camping I go to the local farmers markets and buy up fresh food. Then I go to the grocery store and buy up enough food for the next week. Then eat when I'm at home during the week. I do my weekly shopping on the weekends when I'm out camping.
