Cost of food while camping ... does it have to be high?

We are principally weekend campers since I have every other Friday off and I try and get to some place closer than say 4 hours away on one of those long weekends per month. For us, the (extra) cost...

If you have a regular size TT fridge/freezer combination this is what meat you can fit in the freezer....

24 burgers
36 hot dogs
3 lbs bacon
3 lbs peameal bacon
3pkg of 1 1/2 lb ground beef
2pkg of 3 pork chops
6 T bone steaks
9 lge sausages
4 chicken breasts

on the door frozen juice, butter . This is what is always in the TT ready to go.
