I shop and stock my home's lil tiny chest freezer(5.1 cubic ft)year round to take advantage of sales meats and veggies. That and my FoodSaver AND ZipLoc bags allow me to cook inexpensively and create different pre made dishes and raw foods so we don't get bored eating the same old same old. I tend to ensure funds to eat out about once or twice a week when we camp with kiddos. Normally it averages one lunch and one dinner per week. Just the 2 of us means we'll eat at a restaurant/hole in the wall that received good reviews on yelp or roadfood or zagats. com.
In general, we don't eat at fast food places(health concerns)'cepting Dunkin Donuts or Mickey D'S coffee and I hope we can continue that trend cross country.
