You might check with your local technical school/college. We've had several paint jobs done by the local Vo-Tech school, and they were outstanding. We had a hood repainted due to some rust and they matched the paint perfectly, and we had the fiberglass dually fenders repaired and repainted, and again the results were outstanding.
You only pay for the supplies, no labor charges. To me it's a win/win situation. Of course you could end up with mess too. :) We paid about $300 for our hood, and around the same amount to get our fenders repaired and painted.
