Just had my 2009 in for the first time to have an adjustment made on the large slide. We had one cable the stretched too much to adjust and had to buy a replacement cable kit $36, just to get the parts out of it for the tech to cut the cable and make it shorter. $270 with labor. Before you do that bring the slide in about a foot and climb up a ladder and look around. Pay close attention to the bolts holding the pulleys to the wall. We had one stripping out. Also look at the cables for excess slack. Might just be one of the adjusters backed out.
