Just a quick note on buying from Costco as a non-member: I cannot say as to buying at a warehouse location (nearest one 100+ miles away), but you can buy online at cost.com with a 5% non-member surcharge added on.
I just received an aluminum tongue box for the front of my cargo trailer from costco.com.
The exact same box (same manufacturer and item number) from Walmart is priced at $220.50 ($209, plus tax), with free shipping to the local Walmart 4 miles from here.
The Costco price was $166.15 ($149.99, plus $7.50 surcharge, plus tax) with free shipping and handling to my door.
This was the first time I bought from them, but will not be the last.
