Cougar 27RLS bathroom pocket doors

Anyone with a cougar 27RLS have problems with their pocket doors for the bathroom?

After a few trips the road bouncing on the door to the living area stripped out the tiny screws they put in the track. I replaced them with larger screws and it happened again.

Now (after up-sizing screws again...) I plan to put a block under the door to support the weight and try to keep it from bouncing around. I thought about drilling a hole and pinning it into place for transit.

Oddly the door to the bedroom is the same but hasn't been a problem (yet?).

Note: yes i do snap them in to place but they still bounce up and down in the track, and move a little.
  • Sliding door, hangs on a track.

There is a snap to secure the door and that keeps it from sliding open, but even with the snap it still moves an inch or two, and it still is hanging on the track. There is a little play in the track, I think the problem is the weight of the door bouncing up and down in that track.

Thanks for the description. I don't have the time to google every term I'm not familiar with. Since I've never had a pocket door I'm not of any use, but I hope you can resolve the issue.
