Get one with A/C, buy a generator, and you're good to go.
Occasionally see a used one around. Maybe cruise the parking lot at your local rodeos.
Or...get on the website of your favorite truck brand and do their "build and price". Then compare to the other 2 brands.
Ram trucks will have higher payload capacity compared to the other 2. Getting a bare bones truck with a regular cab and just A/C isn't too expensive.
