Anyone experienced this? I found two cracks about 4" forward of the tailgate about 6" in from the sides.
Yes, I have the similar crack, but shorter. I can't remember if I took a picture of it or not. I found the crack about 2 months ago when I took the bed mat out.
Like you, my camper has been on my truck at least 2/3 of the 42k miles I have on my 2009 3500HD.
I have always used a bed mat in my truck. I think here's some excess pressure points on eh bed of the truck from the trim pieces on the bottom of my AF811 truck camper. The trim pieces go around the perimeter of the camper, which lines up with the crack on the driver side.
Since your camper is also an AF, I bet the cause of the crack is identical to mine - the trim pieces that hold the bottom panel on the camper.

.... I was in the process of measuring for a piece of plywood to shore up the front/rear of the TC as I just recently learned that Chevy puts a crown in the middle of their pickup boxes.
As far as I know, the crown is only on 2015+ HD trucks.
In the next few days I will pull my tailgate. Once its off, I can get a clear view of the floor of the truck bed and put a straight edge on it to confirm its flat. I've never heard of the crowned bed problem until the two threads here on RV.net, both of which are regarding 2015 GM trucks.
