Easy to replace. Just cut out the old floor around the perimeter. Use the pieces as a pattern for the new sheet goods. Lay the new piece down and install 1/4 round around the edges to hold it in place. No glue...Done..

i never even thought about using the existing old flooring as a template... genius! I was wondering how I would make a template once I pulled the old flooring out HAHA. I feel so dumb right now.
