It's not as much the static weight loaded on a spring while the truck sits that stresses a spring, as it is the dynamic force of using a spring, heavily loaded, on bad roads, for years. Eventually, the springs do sag. It does take years, and alot of loading and hard driving, provided the spring is heavy duty enough for job to begin with.
My trucks are old and have been used hard. The springs are still good. Your truck is far newer. You've got a few more decades of use before you need to worry about the springs sagging from a camper!
