Interesting. When I installed my 1500 watt PSW inverter and multiple batteries, I trudged down to Tractor supply and bought stranded neoprene sheathed welding cable (they sell it by the foot), ordered solid copper lugs from Dell City Electronics, cut the cables to the length I needed with a cable cutter, inserted the bared ends of the stranded cable in the lugs and soldered them in with a propane torch and rosin core solder. Myself, I prefer a soldered connection over a mechanical crimp but that is a personal preference. Tractor supply also has lugs but I'm not sure they are solid copper.
