Since you mentioned Cummins I assume you have a Ram right? This isn't a Cummins transplant into a GM or Ford truck?
If so....
1) No limited slip additive needed. I'm not sure about older models, but for at least the last 5 model years Ram has used a Torsen style limited slip which does not use clutches, therefore no additive needed.
2) No coolant additive needed. Ford did used to require SCA (Supplemental Coolant Additive) but Cummins does not. Again, if your truck is newer you'll use the purple Mopar coolant with nothing extra added.
As for other maintenance items:
** Fleetguard LF16035 oil filters are great for Cummins
** The 6.7L works just fine with Rotella T6 5W40 oil year 'round.
** OEM fuel filters work just fine. You can usually buy a pair for about $90 on Amazon for the 6.7L.
** Get a 28mm, 6-point socket to remove the top of the fuel filter housing in the engine compartment. Using pliers or other ill-fitting tools will chew it to pieces.
** Attach a long flexible tube to the drain of the front fuel filter. The OEM setup drains diesel all over the frame and front driveshaft. I routed mine up by the radiator so I can easily catch the fuel when I drain the housing.
** A strap wrench works wonders for removing the rear fuel filter.
** 1 gallon or even 2 gallon (larger opening) zip lock bags are great for removing the old oil filter. Ram dropped the ball on this one because without a bag around the used filter you can make a terrible mess on the frame.
