Yaa im 13'2 about with out anything on the roof and there wont me other the the solar panels witch will bring me to 13'7" The a/c unit is mounted below (Basement/Back part of the Kt Cabvnet 22X28) then a 22X22X9" cassette mounted in the ceiling.
Whats in it.. List to long but here are the high points:
This will have a 22seer 12kBTU duckless mini AC/Heatpump 220v, 4-7,000 jacks, 400w solar system with Onan QG 5.5 Propane Gen. tankless hotwater heater, 100gl water. w/gray only, composting Can before someone asks lol complete 7-1 theater sound system.. self confined WIFI boster 3,000 ft range many more My Tiny House... 250sf of floor with the slides and another 14X12 Attached screen room for almost 400sq total living space.
I may have to move up to a ford F650 then that will handle 14k of weight
