Custom Build??

I built my TC out of plywood coated with Cold cure epoxy and marine enamel..
Got tired of repainting this every few years so glued aluminum sheeting all over..

Got second hand windows at some RV store that scraps trailers and keeps many usable parts.

I rebuilt my coachman for our trip out west and after having to do that I believe it would have been easier to buy a used camper with good windows, ac that works, a fridge that works, good stove, good jacks and good water tanks that you find cheap and rotted out and tear it apart to see how things were done. Now build from scratch one that suits you and use the stuff you salvage off the old one. I am still contemplating doing this even though mine is now dry and usable with no rot. May just need to sell mine and buy another one that is ready for the junk yard.

I haven't built one, but Peninsula Glass in Vancouver makes custom windows.

If you search here, you should be able to find some build threads. There is also a guy on youtube that built his trailer out of some cool foam laminate. I'd look at that for sides.

Not something I'd do but Bontragers in Goshen has all sorts of RV stuff.
