I haven't done much research on the subject, but have read a couple of internet sites and it appears to me that you will be doing well to break even.

It's a great way to go broke in a hurry. You are not allowed to go inside delivery trailers, cannot use the toilet, or sleep in them. Per DOT rules, which you now would fall under you are only allowed XX hours behind the wheel a day. Then you must be off the road for XX continuous hours. So meals, motels, fuel, maintenance of your vehicle all come off the top. Add log books, all the towing equipment you must buy and it winds up to a big startup cost before you ever turn a dime.
