@Reisender - I don't see a hitch on the Jaguar, lol.
I saw a few car and trailer tandem in the outskirts in Europe although I don't recall one running off the highways.
I would understand this is doable but probably with the terrains and campground locations like we have in the U.S.
I won't also use a luxury SUV for pulling the trailer. My son-in-law has a high end Range Rover with a hitch attachment even. But he borrows his dad's truck and trailer if he is moving something, lol,
Yep. Jaguar Ipace has no tow rating and no hitch.
In Spain and Portugal there are lots of snowbird campgrounds. Lots of snowbirds from Germany, Holland etc. Non snowbird campgrounds are kinda tight and not well equipped with amenities Snowbird campgrounds have bigger sites and every body loves to set up big screen rooms. There are some pretty big single axle trailers there.
This thread is the deifinition of thread drift...but it’s kinda fun. Thank god there are no thread police. :). We have been kinda locked in for four or five weeks here. Gotta do something and the honeydew list was gone last week. Our health minister predicts it will stay this way till 4th of May....so expect this thread to drift more. :)
Interesting!
But what will eventually be your final set up?
Mine will be a Cybertruck and a 25-foot Coleman trailer.
Car at home is Nissan doing 39 mpg. Possible upgrade is Toyota RAV4 with reactive cruise control.
