Too hard to tell at this point but if we go back to a small trailer in the next few years we wanted our name on a cybertruck. Something like a 21 foot Bigfoot might work. Gotta be able to get into the smaller lakes. The next few years will determine which way we go. Early retirement this year and had plans to head back to southern Europe for some history tracking. But this Covid thing may change the order of events. Probably stay with the Motorhome for a bit longer. We have a property in SoCal we hang out in winter. Ask me in three years. :)
My car is also a Nissan. Leaf. Great commuter.
If you have a property in SoCal why do you even have to go up North, lol.
We have plans to go to New Zealand, Australia and Israel which got upended by the virus and the burst fires in Australia.
Go for that Europe trip. I was hesitant as I've read extensively about it and I'm not into old buildings but have to relent to the wife.
I'm glad that I did and now have spent a total of 2 months going around, North and South/Mediterranean. It's an eye-opener even with my extensive reading.
Good too that I took off from Athens, South to Northern Italy understanding the beginning and spread of Christianity. Northern Europe of course would give you an idea of the influence of Catholic Church.
If I have a tip for history buff like you, it's to go with an excellent tour guide. What's nice about Europe is that a medium priced tour guide would have an equivalent of an associate to bachelor's degree particularly about the tourist zone they will be working.
Yah. We don’t skimp on tour guides. Sooo much more informative. My wife speaks Spanish and some French. I speak fluent French, Spanish, German and a little Arabic so it’s easier to get lost in the culture for us.
Anyway. We are counting on being grounded for the next year except for some trips we’ll be making by car in BC and Alberta. Kind of why we chose her Tesla as well. Even at that my guess we’ll be grounded until the end of June. Meh. This too will pass.
Cheers.
