But back to sobriety of mechanics.
On my very limited knowledge as I've just have a 4-wheel drive experience on my farm with 8% uphilll climb on deep muddy rut or dust, but isn't it desirable in a climb or slippery mud to control the spin of the tires for maximum traction? Revving up the engine of an ICE therefore effectively put more spin on the tires to generate the torque.
(P.S. - most of the time, I'll just put chains on all four tires or pull myself up with a winch if it's too much strain not the 'ol Jeep Wrangler engine).
Cybertruck can however achieve the same torque on slow tire spin.
