Year ago, couple of Buddies and I were riding back from Daytona. The route home is on a bunch of very dark Country Highways.
So, I was leading when we came upon a dead deer laying in the road. I avoided it and pointed, the first guy behind me was not paying attention but missed it anyway. The guy bringing up the rear did not see it until it was too late. He hit it but was able to Ramp over it. When we stopped the Floor Boards and Frame were covered in hair. He was very lucky that night. The Scary part is I have seen dead deer several years in a row in almost the exact spot, which made me wonder if someone was trying to cause someone to wreck by putting them out there.
