I know MANY kids who HAD TO GO to big name college's for their degree, only to get a job out of their study field and triple digit debt.
Our good friends daughter just got married, between the 2 of them, they have close to $200,000 in school loans... He is now installing windows..
I had to deal with a 28/29ish Construction Project Manager last month whose degree was in Environmental Science or something. He sent emails to all subcontractors that a 68 unit, 4 story apartment building needed to be done, and occupied, by 10-31. This was on 10-12 and they had not hung one sheet of drywall yet in the entire building at the time he sent the email. They dont even have any of the site construction started yet, roads, parking lots etc.
Now there are contract requirements and such that drive such foolishness when GC's mismanage or subs drop the ball, but this moron actually believed it was possible ROFLMAO.
