Actually I have 2 Chrysler dealers I deal with for my 2008 and 2009 PT Cruisers. One is stupendous the other is only stupid. I have learned to put everything I want done in writing with specifics.
Today was transmission service day at stupid dealer So when I went in I talked with service advisor and confirmed exactly what was to be done, price and parts to be used.
Since I have started giving specific instructions my problems have lessened considerably and in case of discrepancy I have it in writing so there is no wiggle room.
To the OP I feel your pain don"t you get satisfaction surveys from Chrysler? I do almost every time and I fill them out with the truth about the service.
