Good for them and the call does make a guy feel better. ford didn't install the cap for the fill to our mustang and after a few days I looked at the engine and noticed the big open hole. Ford service manager installed a new cap and said they really aren't needed anyway. this was not a good answer to me and the engine was shot at 35000 miles and replaced at 50200 miles. The 200 extra miles made it out of warranty and ford was so sorry for our troubles.
