Dealer's service dept frustrating me

My experience has been that Chrysler dealers are mostly low volume operations unlike the neighboring GM or Ford guys across the street. As a result they get a lot of the "second round" draft picks working there as technicians. Low volume = less work. Less work = less commissions. I've tried a lot of different dealers and now go to the best one I've found...Still not nearly as good as my Ford dealer service department.
