- RV_daytraderExplorergot rid of the pink curtains that were in Yoda!
- wannavolunteerFExplorerI have a series of photos that were taken on various trips. I had them printed poster size and put in cheap poster frames (the kind that have plastic vice glass) and hung them with command picture hangers. Mine are all in the same color families and I have covered almost all the large areas of blah beige. I have a sunrise over the Mississippi, spring green trees reflecting on a lake, and a path through the woods in early spring. Change the bedspread to a color I like, add a couple of throws, pillows and small rugs (a runner and a couple of different sized rectangles) all from dollar store and it is much more personalized without being over the top theme.
- lasparrotExplorerjust a note about using velcro to hang things - when it comes time to remove the velcro it WILL remove a swath of wall covering as well (don't ask me how I know). I use tiny nails which can be filled with appropriately coloured putty. I've even had command adhesive strips rip fragile paper. I do use them in some places though.
- OasisbobExplorerIt is fun to make it your own. I have added family pictures mounted behind plexiglass on my fridge door. These pics have a way of turning to solid gold with time. Also have added functional storage for various stuff. My DW says this is tacky. Well yeah but functional. I want tye die curtins. DW says no way.

- toedtoesExplorer IIIHere's a trick I learned from home decorating/design shows. If you look at most homes, the guest bedroom and guest bathroom will be in colors/styles that are NOT what the homeowner is most comfortable with. Those are the rooms that get the "experimental" treatment - because as the homeowner, you aren't forced to live in it 24/7/365.
I used that thought for my RV. Because my preferred style at home is cool mid to dark neutral colors, I chose warm bright color accents for the RV. This has made the RV a bright little corner in my shadowy world.
I added color through throw blankets covering the seats, contact paper to cover the dinette table, aluminum signs for the walls, bath towels, bed linens, kitchen linens, etc.
One thing I did that has gotten a very positive response from visitors was to add fringe trim from the ceiling. - lots2seeinmyrvExplorer

I used small Velcro Squares to hang everything. They are light weight tin signs. - ^^what's your hanging method? that looks nice to me.
