So I had some of the same issues with my 01, constant corrections "wander"

All of my tie rod ends are tight.

This is what I did in order;

Steering box brace. (helped some)
Replace track bar bushings, and install a Luke's link
Replace ball joints
Installed Bilstien 5100 shocks.
